Spotlight Employees
In this newsletter we are spotlighting some of our Agilink Account Managers: Angi Kapp, Sheila Fountain, Becki Hopewell, and Marcia Barone. At Transentric, their day-to-day activities include addressing the immediate needs of you, our clients, and making it simple for your organizations to do business with your trading partners. They strive for better understanding of your business needs so both parties can maximize every possible benefit.
Angi Kapp
Angi is from St. Louis; however, she moved to Omaha three years ago with Transentric. Angi began working with Transentric on the ShipmentVision Team, but transitioned to the Agilink Team last April. Her favorite part about working for Transentric is keeping the customers happy. When the customers are happy, she feels she has done a good job. When away from the office, Angi enjoys spending time with her 2 year-old son.
Sheila Fountain
Sheila was born and raised in Omaha. Her favorite part about working for Transentric is the awesome Agilink team she works with. As the team works together, the work environment becomes better suited for growth and success. When not at work, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family.
Becki Hopewell
Becki has two sons, 19 and 21 years old. Her favorite part about working for Transentric is really getting to know her customers. Once a strong customer relationship is established, she can better understand their business needs. Furthermore, she appreciates the value of creating partnerships that assure continual growth for Transentric.
Marcia Barone
Marcia hails from Houston, but has lived in Omaha for the past 3 years. She came to Transentric with her BSBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. When Marcia was asked what her favorite part about working for Transentric was she exclaimed, “My Customers! I really enjoy getting to know my customers on a personal level.” She explains that it helps her to better understand what makes them who they are. When not at work, Marcia enjoys spending time with her fiance (she's getting married this spring!) and her 3 adorable puppies! Currently she is working on her MBA at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
